Οι κρεβατοκάμαρες από το Έπιπλο Καλογεράκης

When you hear the word “κρεβατοκάμαρα” your thoughts may automatically go to the bed part of the word. It is only natural to associate the word bedroom with sleeping, as the majority of your time in the room is most likely spent doing just that. However, there is far more to a bedroom to be explored.

There are many more things in the κρεβάτια than the bed. Of course, there are your chest of συρτάρια, κομοδίνα, and so forth. On top of these, there are many other pieces of furniture that can accentuate a room, all while adding functionality.

For example, ράφι στην κρεβατοκάμαρα is an excellent idea. The bookshelf can be used to store books, or as a display for photos and other memories. If you like to read in κρεβάτι at night before you drift off, a bookshelf is a perfect solution. If you have a fond piece of memorabilia with strong sentimental ties, placing the item on one of the higher shelves will keep it out of reach and protect it, allowing you to preserve it for a lifetime.

Perhaps a computer desk would be more in order, especially for added functionality. If your house does not have an office, a computer placed on your desk in the κρεβατοκάμαρες would allow someone to work or play online, all while keeping the rest of the house quiet to avoid disturbing others. If the bedroom is large enough for a slightly larger desk, a printer and a scanner would compliment the computer well.

Bedrooms are for far more than sleep, and the possibilities of furniture arrangements are endless. At the end of a long day, nothing beats coming home to a well-designed bedroom with a large amount of functionality to relax and wind down in before heading to bed.
